Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We are located in Canada and ship worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be packaged and shipped. Shipping within Canada usually takes 2-7 days, and to the USA it's usually 1-2 weeks. Internationally please allow up to a month for it to arrive - so please order early for gift giving!
How do I track my order?
Most orders DO NOT come with tracking, please do not contact me to ask for a tracking number. If you would like to add it to your order it will usually cost about an extra $10 for Canada Post tracking.
Will there be customs fees owed?
Most orders will not be charged customs fees, however this is entirely out of my control and depends on your Country's border policies. Customers are responsible for any fees or duties that are owed.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We do not currently offer returns. Please contact us if something is wrong with your order and I will do what I can to make sure you have a great buying experience!
Can I exchange for a different item?
Sorry we do not offer exchanges at this time.
